@harry911tk I went through a very similar process as you. While that doesn’t automatically invalidate all of her points, it makes me very suspect, in that I strongly question her ability to evaluate data in a reasonably fair manner since it seems clear that she is quite happy to squeeze all the facts into a box of preconceived size and shape, apparently without exception.
I saw in booktv, at first I was hooked. I totally agree that there is alot of hypocricsy in the lelf. But as the show went on I realized I started to disagree with some of her points. For example she criticizes the delusion found in many new agy movements (I agree) but from what I could tell she sides with the Christian worldview, which by the way is full of superstition. She says evolution is only a theory, but fails to understand that a theory in the science world isn’t a guess,
